5012 - Employer Name - This field contains an invalid character. Please try again and if the problem recurs contact your software supplier. ABS-188

Absolute P11d Online Filing Errors  

This rejection relates to the length of the employer name. HMRC have a restriction on 28 characters including spaces, so you may need to reduce the length of the name and then refile the P11d.
