In clientbase you can create and generate standard letters to send to your client, retrieving data from the accounts and tax return modules.
On the menu bar along the top, if you select the standard letters icon (the button to the right of the tax icon) and then choose standard letters.
We have some predefined standard letters that you can use as a basis and tailor, or you can create your own templates. When in a letter you would select insert / merge fields to insert the data fields required.
To generate the letters you would choose select and you then get a number of options of what client group you wish to send the letter to, these will then be shelled out into word.
