You will need to send the database file clients.dbf to support@absolutetax.co.uk for it to be repaired. To confirm the file location, in Clientbase click file / information. You may need to zip the file before attaching to an email. All users of Absolute will need to be out of the software while the repair is being done, so if you want this to be booked in for a specific time, please email support@absolutetax.co.uk to arrange this with one of the team.
