Open a blank timesheet from clientbase and choose Tools / User Setup / Advanced and tick the box for always Login.

Under Tools / User Setup / User Management tick the box for enable for Tempus.

When you next access Tempus you will be asked to Login. The user list is based on what has been setup through Tools / User Setup / User Management / Setup.
