Within the software you have the option to file reduced (FRS102) and micro reduced (FRS105) accounts to Companies House.

To do this you generate the accounts and then click efile along the top. You can validate the file prior to submission, selecting validate Companies House XBRL which opens up the validation screen. Click browse and you need to browse to the client folder and select the file xbrl_xxxxxx_xbrl.htm (where xxxxxx is the accounting period date in reverse) and choose validate.

Assuming the validation is successful you would go to efile / Transmit Companies House XBRL. You will receive a standard message that states the accounts have been received and to check for responses in 2 / 3 hours.

At a later stage you must download the response, as this is the final confirmation that the accounts have been accepted by Companies House after being manually checked. To do this you go to efile / check for response.

You must be registered with Companies House, for a third party efiling account, to enable you to file.
