The software allows for Information Requests to be produced for individual, partnership and trust clients.
This is done by opening a tax return and clicking Tools / Information requests. You can create them individually or you can choose the selected clients option to bulk produce them.
If you produce the requests individually, and the client has a portal account created you can say yes to upload the information request to the portal. You can also retrieve the details your client has entered via their portal by going to Tools / Information Request / Retrieve data from the portal.
