Can I file without a UTR number? ABS-126

Absolute Tax General Online Filing questions  

HMRC do not allow for submissions for any tax return type to be submitted without a valid UTR number. If you are filing a partnership SA800 return you will need a valid UTR number for the partnership, and the associated individual partners.
